Processing & Delivery Time
We normally process your order within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Sweden: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 3–8 business days, depending on the country and carrier
During holidays or promotional periods, handling time may be slightly extended. However, we are committed to delivering within 30 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Shipping Costs
Within Sweden:

Free shipping on orders over 449 SEK

A flat shipping fee of 79 SEK applies to orders under 449 SEK
Within the EU:

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and displayed at checkout

Free EU shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated in a promotion

At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.
Carriers

Orders within Sweden are shipped via PostNord

Orders within the EU are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, PostNord International, or similar depending on the destination
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within 14 days, it will be automatically returned to us.

A fee of 59 SEK applies for unclaimed packages within Sweden

For EU returns, actual return shipping costs will be charged
Please note: Failing to pick up a package does not qualify as exercising the right of withdrawal.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

We are responsible for damages incurred during shipping to the customer, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@mvpgear.se.
We will investigate the issue and update you accordingly.
We adhere to the EU's 30-day delivery rule — you have the right to cancel the order if delivery does not occur within the agreed or legally allowed time.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, war, or pandemics.
In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
