    Cancellation policy

    Mvpgear.se is operated by the limited company MVPgear Group AB with org.nr: 559482-9847.

    According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item / items. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your intention to cancel the purchase within this time frame. This can be done by contacting our customer service at info@mvpgear.se. The email should state your name, order number and which item(s) the return applies to.

    It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specially adapted or designed according to the customer's wishes. According to Chapter 2, 11 § 3p of the Distance Contracts Act, products that are specifically designed according to your wishes are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes our product GripFit Elite socks which can be customized with individual prints or design options according to your preferences.

    Due to hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal of GripFit Elite socks does not apply if the packaging has been broken, the item is used or the packaging is damaged.

    For customers in Sweden, the customer is responsible for return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. For customers in other EU countries, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to our Swedish return address and may choose the carrier. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns from abroad.

    Uncollected parcel

    Your package will be sent to your home in the first instance. If the shipment is too large to be delivered to your mailbox, you will be notified to pick it up at the nearest postal agent.

    If you as a customer do not receive your parcel at the nearest postal outlet, this does not automatically mean that the right of withdrawal has been used. If your delivery is not collected and returned back to Mvpgear.se, we will charge you SEK 79 to cover the cost of the return shipping as well as administrative fees. Please note that your package will remain with the postal agent for 14 days before being returned to us. Please make sure to pick up your package in time to avoid extra charges and delays.

    Complaints

    Important information on complaints:

    As a customer, you have a right of complaint of up to three (3) years under the Consumer Purchase Act if your product does not work properly. In order to make a complaint, it is required that the product has an original defect, was damaged during transportation or does not correspond to the information provided in the product description. Please note that if the damage to the product is self-inflicted, it is not considered faulty,

    Need help with a damaged product upon delivery? Contact our complaints department at info@mvpgear.se. We are here to assist you with any problems or questions regarding damage or claims on your delivery.

    After the first 6 months, it is up to you, the customer, to prove that the fault was present at the time of delivery, so it is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you discover any fault. You are entitled to the following remedies:

    • Similar product: you can get a similar faultless product or one that is comparable.
    •    Price reduction: Alternatively, you can request a price reduction.
    •    Cancel the purchase: This means that MVPgear Group AB will take back the product and you will receive a refund.

    MVPgear Group AB reserves the right to remedy the fault in the first instance by sending a new faultless product if possible.

    Complaints are handled according to guidelines from the General Complaints Board (ARN). Approved complaints will be refunded within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned item. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
